Il Principe Educational Restaurant

Welcome to Il Principe Educational Restaurant, our project was born from a passion for cooking and a desire to create a bridge between theory and practice. The teaching restaurant aims to be a gastronomic laboratory where students, professionals and enthusiasts can meet, learn and experiment.

 

Objectives

·      Advanced training: To offer students in advanced training courses the opportunity to put their acquired skills into practice, honing their skills in a professional context.

·      Spreading gastronomic culture: To promote knowledge of seasonal ingredients, traditional and innovative culinary techniques.

·      Collaboration between generations: Fostering the exchange of knowledge between students and professional chefs, creating a stimulating and creative environment.

·      Sustainability and territoriality: Enhancing local products and promoting healthy and balanced food.

·      Internships and apprenticeships: Offer students the opportunity to carry out internships and apprenticeships at the restaurant, working alongside professionals at all stages of processing.

·      Collaborations with schools and universities: Create synergies with schools and universities to offer students the opportunity to carry out school-to-work alternation activities.

 

 

Structure and organization

The teaching restaurant will be structured to encourage learning and experimentation. It will feature:

·      Teaching kitchen: Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, where students will be able to put the techniques they have learned into practice.

·      Restaurant room: A cozy and refined environment, where the creations of our advanced training course students, Carmine Amato, Carmine de Stefano, Giovanni Pastore and our Sala&Bar and Sommelier teacher Maria Barba will be served.

 

In conclusion, The Teaching Restaurant represents a unique opportunity to train new generations of catering professionals and to spread gastronomic culture. We are convinced that this project can become a reference point for all those who love good food and wish to deepen their knowledge in this field.
